Vintage Partners is an Arizona-based real estate development company. Their work ranges from local community projects to larger city planning initiatives.
Vintage came to us needing identity and web experience that is as established as their founders, while also being as modern as the projects they are passionate about. Each of the partners are veterans and experts in their field, coming from ownership of such companies as Westcor and El Dorado Holdings. The company itself is now working on some of the highest profile
development projects in the state, such as Marana Center, Uptown Plaza, and Timber Sky.
Vintage takes a different approach to their industry than most, placing their stakeholders and tenants before themselves. This philosophy of service is reflected in the identity we created, with the strong arms of the V holding aloft the bar, symbolizing Vintage holding its clients up above themselves. The name Vintage itself shows a desire to grow and gain value over time.
Monomyth created a full identity system, an in-depth sales packet used in project pitches, and environmental graphics for Vintage’s headquarters in the Biltmore Shopping Center.
Specifically, we wanted to make a business card that left the same feeling as a firm hand-shake. They are double stocked and embossed. These cards reinforce the quality Vintage Partners offers.
We recently refreshed the Vintage Partners web experience by creating a website that matches who they are today. The company started five years ago, and has experienced such immense growth that they were in need of an updated website that reflects the thriving company they are today. Vintage Partners needed a website that draws more emphasis to the quality of the projects they are doing. Thus, we created a homepage with larger imagery of their modern and engaging developments.
Vintage Partners now has projects all over the state, not just in the metropolitan Phoenix area, so we created an interactive map, allowing people to find projects in multiple ways. We also used modern visual elements, like the custom maps for all properties, and the parallaxing navigation bar.
On a development note, we took the opportunity to create this new site on Craft, a true content management system. Working within this platform for the Vintage Partners site allowed us to create a website without the over-reliance of external plugins. It eased and enhanced the creation of this seemingly simple website.
“We couldn’t have partnered with a better team that understood our unique vision and goals for our brand and web presence. Monomyth Studio took the time study who we were and where we wanted to take Vintage Partners. We feel confident that our solid brand and web positions us for success in the marketplace.”
